Using Send-Wave
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful communications. You are responsible for the contacts, content, consent, and messaging activity associated with your account.
Messaging rules
You must follow applicable privacy, marketing, telecommunications, and platform rules. Do not send deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited content. Sending controls reduce operational risk but cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will never restrict an account.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan features and limits are shown at purchase. Paid access renews according to the selected billing period unless cancelled. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Availability and account action
We work to keep the service reliable, but features may change or be interrupted. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, violates these terms, creates legal risk, or harms other users.
Liability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Send-Wave is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party platform decisions. We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
